It is a royal house founded in 140 AL at the city of Haal by King Rodrick [[Old Elmany|after his conquest of North Elmany]], but it can trace its history all the way back to Lumens creating the First *Church of Light* in the year 1 AL. It also doubles as the governing religious body of Lumenity, the most popular organized religion in [[Kedavaara]].
