She was raised in Port Mera by two physicians. Her real parents and place of birth are unknown. Her parents supported her decision to become an Apostle, and she hoped to be chosen by the Church of Water so she could remain close to her home. She is a powerful [[Flux|Hydrator]]; specializing in the control of ice.
