The regional leader of the Examination Committee, René is the head invigilator of the [[Apostle Exams]], and responsible for overseeing both of its phases. A native of the [[Dioceses of Transelmany|Water Diocese]], he was the winner of the 15th [[Apostle Exams]] in 679 AL, choosing to join the [[Church of Stone]]. Adelaide would meet his future squadmates [[Jara Dumfries]] and [[Yvette Bissouma]] there after they were both invited there in 681 AL.
